It's equipped with the company's proprietary PROFORMER battery, which is made for maximum power density and durability, resulting in exceptional cranking power, extended cranking duration, and a long service life. Other features include heavy-duty cable leads mated to the battery's output along with industrial-grade clamps that penetrate corrosion on the vehicle's battery for a good electrical connection.

Recharge the Jump Starter with Ease

Thanks to an AC charger built into the front of the unit, recharging the JNC660's battery is simple. Just use an extension cord to plug the JNC660 into a standard AC outlet, and the jump starter begins charging immediately. This makes it easy to keep the machine charged and in top operating condition. The onboard battery automatically stops charging when it has reached a full charge--allowing you to keep the JNC660 connected to an AC outlet indefinitely without causing any harm to the battery.

This unit is one of the most powerful portable battery jumpers out there at 1700 peak amps. That's almost twice as powerful as many other lower quality competitors. This is not a "multi-purpose" unit that you will find at the local big box store. It's not an air compressor, radio, flashlight, food processor and battery jumper. It's only a battery jumper, although it does have a "cigarette-lighter" style socket to power other items if needed. This is a great product, but consider this before you buy it: This model may not be for everyone. This is a professional grade item and is not intended to be used by people unfamiliar with proper battery jumping procedures. Here's why I say this: 1. Some battery jumping devices have a feature that will alert you if you hook the jumper cables up incorrectly. This unit has no such feature. 2. Some have... Being the owner of a car dealership, we put these through the test, using them 10-15 times a day, we have had other makes in the past, but nothing lasts as long as these, plus they give you a $40 one time coupon in case anything breaks,wheather you did it ot not , they will give you a new one. no questions asked!!!
